This is our family
Let's introduce to you, starting with my son Alessandro, who shows an english aplomb even he grew in Italy. He was determined since he was a child: when somebody asked him "what you wil be?", he answered "Restaurant man and lawyer!". He achieved his objectives.
My daughter Nancy should be born in a pastry shop: she remains all the day in the kitchen, working and testing desserts. Her creations are as so good to fell caloric-guilty but it has a lot of worth!
About me, I think to be born with the ladle on my hand: I love my job! During my life, moving all over the world, I learnt that cousine is the emotions' art. and the most important thing is giving them to our guests.
